If you order please post some pics... My car is parked waiting for the sbc pump anyways, maybe a 2 month delay.

Also I found the right side, had to order a new aftermarket replacement for 66 usd and the bulb carrier for 17 usd, that's a steal considering that just the bulb carrier is 60 usd.. I' leave you the links here.. 82 usd each tail light.
NOTE: looking extensively at the pictures, bulb plate will fit only to it's year model housing even though you can connect pre and face-lift without any issues., for example if you have 2003 led bulbs, it will only fit prefacelift housing, I almost ordered the 2003 bulbs for the new 2007 housing.
Will be making a post when it arrives to make sure that they don't fit

Drove it to the liquor store. Had one homeless guy say "those rims are dope" and then another start talking about burnouts. I was amused and got on it a bit for them when leaving the parking lot.

New rear tyres

The tyre on the left is a typical sized family sedan

What did I do?
Programed the garage door button to a new rolling code opener I installed.
Only took 2 tries.

Not sure what the trick is.

now i believe that would also fit the pre facelift models right? The trunk brake light seems the same as the spoiler goes over it with a cut...

I don't think the trunk changed with the facelift.

Others might know better.

im 99% sure it's the same but just wanted to ask. The only thing was undoubtedly changed was the chrome bar above the plate.

Hi, I'm new to the MB Community.
Just purchased my first MB on Tuesday, a used 2009 E350 4M. Put 4 brand new tires on my AMG rims and was loving life.
Today I get an ESP Inoperative fault. Since I do not yet have a scan tool I guessed from numerous forums it might be the Steering Angle Sensor. So I disassembled the steering column today, disassembled the SAS, cleaned the sensor disc. Put everything back together, realized 2 screws were NOT REPLACED as they should've been.. Took apart steering column, replaced screws, reassembled everything. Error came back.
Oh well. Once my scanner comes on Tuesday I'll see if I need to replace the SAS and/or something else. At least if it is the SAS It'll now take 10 minutes to complete the job.

Or you might just have to buy a new one. Also what else might trip it is the wheel speed sensors, check all 4.

Installed black badges. Have some vinyl on order to cover the chrome piece on the trunk.

I'm happy with it. Got them from a seller on Ebay in Hong Kong. It took them a couple of weeks to get here (seller got them out quick, international shipping was slow as ****) but they're nice quality and more solid than the OEM ones. The star is an OEM piece that was painted gloss black. Spent around $90 for all of them.

This was the seller I got them from: http://www.ebay.com/usr/media2005?_t...72.m2749.l2754

edit: The old star did not come off in one piece. Also had to get new little rubber thingys that attach it. One is now living inside my trunk lid.

Just added a couple of European safety items...The warning triangle in the trunk and a couple of reflective vests in the compartment under the drivers seat. The triangle and vests are OEM MB parts. The triangle and bracket were purchased on ebay from Eastern Europe, and I found the vests on ebay as well, brand new from a US parts seller. I wonder if North American dealer parts departments can get these?

Post up some part numbers for us. I'd like to pick up both of those!

Thanks,

Warning triangle: A 211 890 03 97
Warning triangle holder: A 211 890 08 14
Reflective vest: A 000 583 43 00

There is also supposed to be a screw and clip nut for the triangle holder, but I didn't get them with my used bracket. The bracket clips into slots in the metal trunk lid and seems to be secure enough without the screw. In the 1000km it's been in the car it hasn't moved or rattled. Installation requires cutting the carpet trunk lid liner, but when you remove it you'll see an outline of where it goes. I cut inside the outline and trimmed it a little bit after test fitting, you can always remove more material but can't add if you cut the hole too big. The holder has a lip on it that covers the cut and also helps secure the liner as you will be removing one of the plastic rivets.
