Hey guys,
I am looking for some experiences or rather some help from you. I really love the E63 front so I purchased a retrofit bumper for my 2019 S213, which fit quite nicely. Unfortunately the grill did not fit due to my air curtain, so I am looking to buy a Panamericana grill for the retrofit bumper. Does anyone have experiences on which bumpers fit? I already tried the grills for avantgarde and for AMG line, both did not fit. So next is panamericana grill for original E63 bumper, just looks wise it should fit, but maybe you have more experiences? I was looking to buy on ebay since most aftermarket grills are the same anyways.

True, here are some photos. By the looks of the grill and the clipping points for the bumper it sppears to be an original E63 aftermarket grill. Since I bought the avantgarde and AMG line panamericana grills i know that these two are like 10cm shorter.

Holy moly, I tried uploading pictures for the last 24h but since I cant get it to work without my reply not getting posted so here is the bumper I bought: "https://www.autodoc.de/hd-karosserieteile/15099453"

clipping points seem to be the same like E63 AMG. Panamericana grill for avantgarde and AMG-Line were way too small, there were missing like 5cm each left and right and the middle section was not as sharp like the one I got with the bumper.

maybe someone tell me how to upload .jpg pictures here so I can give a real picture of my bumper :o

Well the thing is that I dont know which kind of grill fits on my bumper. Does original E63 AMG fit? Thats why I am asking and looking for some experiences, maybe someone tried switching the grills himself. Pretty sure 2020+ grill will not fit my prefacelift bumper

I have a PFL 2020 E450 and swapped my grill to Panamericana. It fits perfectly. The stock 63 grill should be same as stock 450 grill.

The PFL e63 grill does not have a chrome trim piece like our cars (e43). Looking at the parts the chrome ring looks like it snaps onto our grill. I always assumed the oem 63 grills do not fit.

E450 with AMG Line grill is way more different than E63 grill. There is no ring around the grill to make it fit, but the overall shape is also very different. No chance a avantgarde or AMG line grill will fit, I already tried that.

Is there noone who retrofit the bumper and tried to switch the grill?

Just to give an update: I bought an OEM E63 panamericana grill and try to fit it onto my bumper. Will post here again when the grill arrived and I tried fitting

Okay so the E63 AMG Panamericana grill arrived today and i testfitted it, it seems to fit perfectly fine!
Unfortunately it was damaged during shipping so before putting it into the bumper I first have to talk to the seller.

I will post pictures when I have the chance to completely clip it in
