i sent my car to circuit city to install a new audio system, bad idea
basically i had to rip out all that they instaled and redo it my self

while i was fixing it i noticed on one door they were too lazy to replace all the parts and just threw em out

im missing a large bolt that is located behind the seat position controls as well as the clips that hold the seat position controls in place

the console keeps poping out and vibrating, where could i get a replacement bolt and clips for the console?

That large bolt is important because it takes the strain when you grab the door handle. You can get replacements for all of this at your Mercedes dealer.

ya i agree that it was stupid and it was really easy to install it myself after ripping out all the *hit that circuit city did

It will be very difficult to describe what you need over the phone. You need to go to the Mercedes dealer parts department and look over the shoulder of the parts guy to look at the exploded diagrams of the door panel assembly to identify exactly the parts required. They will definitely be special order but at least Mercedes can provide them.
