SL/R129: ABS lamp is constantly lit after i managed to short-circuited the plus pole

One evening i was going to use the car i almost managed to place the negative jumper cable on the plus pole on the battery but i saw it just in time and did not put the negative cable on the plus pole in the car

But embarrassing enough when I turned around I managed to slightly touch plus the pole of the battery in the car with the result that the ABS lamp now is lit constantly..
When i managed to touch the plus pole it was just a hundred of a second but that is enough it looks like.
I can not understand that max a second after i saw that i almost mixed up the plus and minus i managed to touch the plus pole
Note that the jumper cables i used have the "safety box" on both wires
Any of my fellow member here have any suggestion on how to reset the ABS warning lamp in the dash?
This since i do not have any pin that is marked ABS in the instructions for the error tool. See the last picture/drawing
The "OBD" connector is the 16 pin type and is placed in the engine compartment. See the picture attached with a red arrow pointing to the 16 pin connector
Here is the 16 pin "OBD" connector in the engine bay on my 1992 Mercedes 300 SL, R129
This is the error code reader i have
The red marked pins is functional and the black pins is empty
Note that the pictures of the 16 pin connector is of the one that sit in my car. Also the drawing that is marked with red pins that is in functional is made by me

For starters, I'd read & reset all codes anyway and see what happens. Especially pole 14. Check the Overvoltage Protection Relay (OVP). It has 10A fuses and it is known the solders crack over decades. I assume you have carefully checked your fuses - not only visually?
Good luck!

Looking at the instructions for the year 1992 it says a bit about the W140 but thats it
It says nothing about the ABS on pin 14 in the drawing above
plastic cover off where the obd1 connector is.You will see 3 or 4 computer modules on one of them has a fuse on it check it.
Mine was blown changed it and the warning light went out.

I see.I know where you mean under the plastic cover where all of the relays and ECU`s are located. This is to the left when standing in front of the car looking at the engine as you say
I will try that

So it is the ABS lamp that is constant lit and the fuel consumption gauge that do not work as it is supposed to. It worked as it was supposed to before i managed to short the battery
Anybody here that knows if the turn signal relay have something to do with the ABS warning lamp and also the the fuel consumption gauge?
The fuel consumption gauge also does not work proper after the short

You was absolute correct about what you said
There are two 10 Amp fuses there and one of them where blown so i replaced the blown fuse and now everything is as it is supposed to be

The ABS warning lamp is not on anymore and the fuel consumption gauge works as it is supposed to
So to my fellow MBWorld members thanks a lot for you help
