SL/R230: Exhaust Mod MkIII

Exhaust Mod MkIII
For anyone that's followed my previous exhaust mod, yep I've been at it again .
Tried an unsuccessful MkII version (droned like crazy) and was about to revert to the MKI when I managed to nab an AMG system on Ebay. I initially fought shy of the quad pipes prefering the standard 500 look but these came up and at the price it seemed rude to refuse.
The inards of the AMG back boxes are the same as my original modified set up. The most noticeable change has come from removing the restrictive merge pipe just behind the man cats. This gives 2 benefits. 1. speeding up gas flow and 2. separating the left & right banks of the engine as per the 55 giving the uneven exhaust note of a trafitional V8.
The pic below shows the mod along with the AMG middle boxes which quieten things down.
I thought you may like to hear the results so I've put together a short video, got a but carried away as usual.

Got a bit of work to do still on the cut outs but that's easy enough.
Anyway, I'm pleased with the result so my exhaust modding days are over.
Cheers
