My new to me 2007 SL600
Sold the '05 SL500, after a whole month of ownership it just wasn't enough car for me. Coming from a Viper I should have guessed
Anyway it's an '07 with 15,400 miles. CPO from Mercedes of Sugarland. I love it It came with the Bluetooth thingy and connected with my Blackberry easily. The car is like show room cond, the only sign of wear is the driver side chrome sill is scratched up and they have ordered me a new one.
And now for the pic's. Sorry about the location, my favorite background area was closed off.

I would suspect this is a no-brainer but, since I'm inclined to do the exact same as you, I'd better ask: on a scale of 1 to 10 how would you rate the difference in power from the SL500 to the SL600 in terms of speed (a) off the line and (b) at 60mph, with a #1 being "no difference" and a #10 being "un-f'ing believable"?

My 500 will break the wheels lose only from a dead stop and only for a second or two at the most.
There really is no comparison between the two.
