2003 SL 500 passenger drink holder
Hi Everyone at M/B world.
I am new to this, so if I screw up the message this is why! Please excuse.
Anyway I am looking to purchase a passenger side drink container that fits in the holder of the front left of the passenger seat of my 03 sl500, also if any one also has the square cover that fits over the holder when not in use I would like to purchase as well and/or if you could redirect me where I may find these items?

Both items are available from your friendly local dealer. Sometimes the cupholder shows up for sale on Ebay (the big S-class use them too) but the cover triangular piece you will have to order through your dealer (not cheap - I believe almost $40 for a stupid piece of plastic).

Yes I did inquire at the dealer but $ 285.00 seems very steep for a drink container that I don't really want to use anyway. I would just like to keep the car looking good with all the original equipment that came with it.
If anyone has one they want to sell Please let me know.

Square cover that fits over drink holder opening

Did you ever find the Cup Holder & Square Cover for your SL500? I just saw your Post on my MBworld.org account. Although it's been about 6 months since you wrote me, I thought I would still reply. I did sell my cup holder to another MBworld.org member, but I still have a Brand New Square Cover. I purchased it from the dealer when I thought I Lost Mine. Of course about a month later, I found the Original Cover in my glove box. I have since sold my 2003 SL500 last July 2013. I was the original car owner. I have since purchased a new SL550.
