Make sure you loosen all of the control arms when lowering, and tighten back up at ride height, if not it will wear them out prematurely as they will already under load.

Please could you elaborate on that? I thought you need to do the final tightening when vehicle is on the ground.

That's what he's saying: loosen when doing the ride height change then tighten again for the new height, with the car at rest on its wheels.

Got it. I wonder if there is a good video where they show exactly where or which bolts should be loosen and tighten?
