Shopping for wheels, what do you think?

I'm getting an amazing deal on these wheels and about to pull the trigger. My only hesitation is that the rear offset is +45 so I'll have to use spacers. I'm not much of s technical guy so I thought I'd ask here first If you guys think that is ok and if there are any cons to using spaces. The wheels are 20x8.5 front & 20x10 rear. The lips are 1.5 front & 3.5 rear.

Your comments and advice is appreciated.

My opinion is to buy wheels that fit. Don't buy wheels that you'll have to adapt to fit. Spacers commonly introduce vibrations, not to mention, you'll need to buy longer wheel bolts.

Well after further research of our vehicle specs, it appears that the SL's off set tolerance is +35 to +45. These wheels are +43 so I'm hoping I'll be ok!

See attached:

Weird how it shows 01-on.. (is that the european model year life cycle?) and it doesn't mention wheel width... which makes a difference if you're not using stock width.

I suppose there's no reason to mention width if the offsets are based on factory wheels. Also, w230 instead of r230 does indicate that it's the euro model but I always thought their life cycle was from 2002+ so yes that is weird.
