Exhaust electric cut out bypass fitted.

All done, lucky to have an excellent exhaust guy I know, I did some of the welding myself to help out.

The kit was £109 only from ebay.

Installation fortunately was on the house ! although I did do some of the welding and fitting myself !

I had some cut outs for my car for an year but put the project to the side, but couldn't find a spot because how i would want it to be, loud pipes out the back while the muffler will be a down pipe (all just because i want it to shoot flames from the rear.) I'll probably have to buy a after market muffler. Like a center mid muffler at the same spot as yours but the cut outs run to the back.

Order of video:
  • Valves closed
  • Left cut out open
  • Left and right cut out open
  • Valves closed again

Very demonstrative and convincing video! I may go this route after I see what it sounds like with my secondary cats removed this fall. Where didn’t you sneak the wiring in the trunk at? Obviously don’t want water intrusion in the trunk thanks

I ran the wires down through the existing grommet hole for the battery breather, was perfect and comes out in a convenient place underneath,

Thanks, that makes it an easy decision for me. Perhaps with this setup I’ll leave the secondary cats in place. I believe your two videos are going to prompt a lot of owners to follow suit.

HI When you bought the cutout kit did it come with one or 2 remotes? Q: can you use just one remote to open each valve? Or do you have to use both independently?

It came with 2 remotes, however I had a spare remote that had 4 buttons so I programmed it two the two remotes, now I have the one remote mounted on my dash that controls all.
