ABC and BRAKE WHITE LIGHTED WARNINGS
Gents, I am sure many of you have replaced the ABC and get this "permanent" ABC white warning in the dashboard. Even though it doesn't bother me too much, it would be nice to clear it....my question is
if someone has done this and how?
I also replaced the rear braked pads and since then got this white BRAKE light in the dashboard. My Creader or Foxwell cannot clear this signal. Solutions to clear anyone???
Thanks again for sharing your voluminous knowledge R230 compadres!

Who did you get your ABC delete kit from. They should have included either a device or instructions on bypassing that warning.
When you did your pads, did you follow the instructions? The SBC is not a standard braking system.

You do need to deactivate the SBC when working on the brakes. Also, if you bleed the brakes, you need either a XENTRY or other better Mercedes scan tool to operate the SBC controller.

You need to code the cluster to a non-ABC configuration, only DAS will do it as far as I know.

Jetta, Mike, CDK, thanks for the feedback, I have a low cost "kit" including a custom "sway bar" since I did the ABC replacement with parts from different suppliers and installed on my own, by-passed the pump output.... then removed the ABC fuse and some ABC components. Done deal for under $1000, then sold my original shocks for $800....!
Perhaps there is an electronic genius around the forum who can clone the erase module......!
There is a shop in my area who does Europeans only, they may have a DAS! Otherwise, will live with that white ABC warning since it only takes one push of a button! .!
