Does Pewter Silver have legs?
I am interested to hear your opinions about the Pewter Silver color. For those that have seen it frequently or live with it daily, does it have staying power as a color? I am looking at brilliant silver and this color. Is this going to be a timeless beauty or a fasionable trendy pick??
Thanks

I have a Pewter 2004 SL500 with the Charcoal interior. It looks great, and I think it will hold up well. If I was ordering a new one, I would duplicate the color combination. It looks great, does not show a lot of dirt and shines when clean.

Personally, the Pewter doesn't do it for me. The Brilliant Silver is all too common here in South Florida but, it looks very nice with the Ash interior. I'm also not a fan of the Desert Silver.
Before finally deciding on Black moments before my build deadline, I was very interested in the Capri Blue with the Ash interior but, couldn't pull the trigger as I hadn't seen one with that combo. I still haven't seen one in person but, have seen a few Capri Blue with Stone which didn't work for me. I like how dark the Capri blue is at night and overcast skies. With some direct sunlight you can see flashes of blue...very classy.
Another interesting combo was the Agean Blue with the Stone looked very sexy for a female driver.
