1. Don't remove the calipers. You will want to because you will think that it will make painting easier. Trust me on this. Just spend the time to tape things off.
2. If you do remove the calipers, whatever you do, really, do not let the master cylinder run dry. Balloon and rubber band and tie up the ends of the brake lines and check master cylinder after each. After a dozen times with pressure bleeder I had to give up and pay $120 to get system bled while abs system was running which requires Star. Don't make my mistake.
3. Clean the calipers with brake cleaner, toothbrush, wire brush, many rags. When you think it is clean, spray again and wipe with white paper towel and see if it is really clean. Why go through all the effort but have the paint chip off due to oil/dirt being under the paint and later complain about the system?
4. If you use the G2, follow the temperature instructions exactly and the paint will self level itself. If not you will get brush strokes or bubbles.
