SL500 R231 - S400D W222 - C63S
New member and new car
Hello everybody,
a few weeks ago, I ordered an SL500 (R231). I was inspired by some comments on this site to configure my car, so thanks for that
Here are the main details and options I have chosen :
(I am located in Belgium by the way)
SL500 - Obsidian black
Designo Sand Extented Leather
AMG Pack - 5 spoke 19 inch rims
ABC suspension
Active multicontour seats
Black ceiling
Hifi Surround Logic7 (The B&O option I personally found to be to expensive)
Clock on Dash
Media interface
Rear end camera
Driving assistant plus (Distronic, parking assistant etc)
Airscarf
Digital Radio (DAB)
Magic Vision
Ambient lightning
Softclose doors
Carbon interior decoration
Keyless Go
and a few little ones I forgot.
Its my second Mercedes ( I own a GLA also which I am very happy with)

Allright, out of the blue the dealer called last night informing me of the car's arrival. I swiftly headed over there to have a look and was positively surprised. It looks gorgeous and I am happy with this color combination (I 'guessed' it would be ok but it remains a bit of a guess if you never get to see some specific color combinations in real life).
The car will be extensively detailed by one of my subcontracters in the next coming days (will post pictures when finished). After that, I need to wait for licenseplates (takes a bit of time here) and off we go.
For now, I will leave you guys with some iphone pics of a dirty SL
