Data point, I just picked up a '23 SL63 at $15k off MSRP, not the steal of the century, but the spec I wanted. That said, there is a '22 SL55 at my local Aston/Lambo/RR dealership that is about $40k off sticker with about 400 miles - WOW; if I wanted red interior, that would be a great buy, KH

On a 23SL63 MB has 15K back to the dealers they should have offered that along with their offer of 15k off msrp. If they didn't I would ask about that. I know that is an on going rebate to the dealers to rid them of 23 SL inventory.

So based upon fastcars1969's earlier post, for left over 23 Sl63's there should be total discounts of ~$30k?

Discounts are there, now at least in northeast with warmer weather here they will probably hold off with greater than 30k, if I were looking I would ask 40k off if they won't do that walk.

Midwest fly-over states are a safe bet. Most of them have a few leftover '23s still and even a few with 22s.

My dealer can not place an order for my Built-up SL55 configuration. He indicates they stopped making them for 2024. He would however take my Build-up configuration order for a 2025 SL55. Likely 2024 was the shortest production period in Mercedes Benz SL history.

See below link: There are 149 2023 & 2024 SL63 model available at these dealers. You can reduce that list based upon your color preference & options required. I can tell you that Crown MBZ will only take $2K off & Sarasota MBZ will not discount off of MSRP. Perhaps if you would consider a pre-owned 2023 or 2024? I could see how those would be less $30k to $40K off MSRP.

I was at Fletcher Jones in Newport Beach today, getting my S560 serviced. These were the SL’s, new & used that were immediately visible. What they may have in other areas, I don’t t know. Also a shot of the new AMG coupe.

I did see those cars available yet none are 2024 SL55 in the Cirrus Silver Metalliccolor I want with the options I want. Dealers are no longer able to special order based upon the buyer's build-out.
