It might still have the same menu slightly older MBs have (like those with COMAND or MBUX V1.0) where you use a combination of buttons on the steering wheel to open the workshop menu, then beside ASSYST PLUS which you use to reset the engine oil interval, there is a vehicle data screen, that shows the battery voltage, amp, etc.

Remember, you are not resetting the service interval so don't go to ASSYST PLUS. Instead, stop at the 0:50 second mark where you see "Vehicle Data" and select that instead.
Also note, you have to be in the "Trip" menu or otherwise the one showing your odometer. Make sure engine is not on. Once you have "workshop menu" activated, you can then turn on the engine and exit and go back in all you want until next ignition cycle.
