Picked Up My 07 SL55
Just picked up my 07 SL55 the other day. Still have quite a bit to learn. I just got my Motorola RAZR "paired" with the new Bluetooth cradle that I bought directly from AWS. Still need to program the garage door opener, figure out the voice control, NAV system, etc., etc. Lots of reading to do.
I wish my salesman could have given me a better walkthru. He just gave me a two-minute rundown (if even that). Also - no amenities whatsoever! I remember folks in this forum talk about what they got from their dealer... My salesman told me that I got a very good deal with not much left for him. I think I did but still... Oh, I got a full tank of gas, that's it.
Absolutely love the car though!!!

05 SL 55 AMG, 01 Turbusa/8.43 @ 183..1/4 mi.
When I picked up my '05, I got a full tank as well,
And the salesman showed me how to raise/lower the car and
put the top up/down........and that is about it.
On-The-Job-Training and a lot of reading to learn a -55, IMO.

Sorry idrivatitleist - I'm out of town right now (part of the job requires weekly travel)... Sucks alright but that's what pays the bills. Promise next time I have a longer weekend...
