SL55 - Iridium/Ash

Dealer is doing Renntech Stage 3 before I pick it up. Should get it next week late. Really looking forward to it. Been driving the Range Rover since I traded my car last September waiting on this car. Looking forward to getting back to something not so big. Will post pictures when it gets here and the weather gets nicer. It's been a long wait.

OK, it's here. Pictures to follow soon. Can anyone direct me to a post that shows how to open the overhead light so I can hardwire my V1 i there?

OK, I figured out how to get the overhead light open. The only wires up there that appear to be switched are the Homelink. Pretty thin wires so I not sure about tapping into that. Next option is to run the wire down the A-Pillar to under the dash on either side and connect to something under the dash or in the fuse box behind the passnger seat. The fuse box chart I have is in German so it's not to helpful. The cig lighter is close, but not sure how to get to it. Hadn't checked to see if it is switched or not yet. Anybody have any suggestions or a link to a post?
