Room with a View

I'm not going to clog up the board with pictures of my car because there already lots of pictures of brilliant silver cars about, but I thought you'd like to see the view out of my office window...

Great view - a neighbour of mine came round one time to tell me how the view from his house had improved 100% when I bought a car one time!

Have you cleaned the wheels yet

Yes, I've cleaned the wheels and it's a hassle. I figure that irrespective of how many spokes you have each "hole" takes pretty much the same time to clean, rinse and dry off. So each of these guys with 20+ holes take the same amount of time to clean as a set of 5 spokes.

They look great though (IMHO) and the secret will be to clean them often to prevent the dirt from setting. If you leave it too long, you're in real trouble. A Saturday morning chore each week but this car has its compensations (just a few). My advice to anyone is that if you don't want the hassle, go for the 5 spoke.

I've found a good brush (made by AutoGlym) which really gets into the corners.

Must get a good soft brush - I have been using a sponge which takes too long and is a pain.

I also have the turbines and to make matter worse my runaround is a BMW 740 which has 18 alloys with almost the same pattern

blueSL, if you dont mind could you drive your car like through the desert and get it dirtier then a pair off old boots, then take a snap shot off it and post it on the boards.

Am I the only one who wants to see this car dirty?

Thank You

Well yes, the wall is part of a barn built in 1680, so I guess the guys who built it never realised it would be used as a backdrop for a picture posted on the internet.
