The new ride is here!!!
We picked up the new car and it is AWESOME!
Acceleration is brutal, the sound something I have never heard in a Mercedes before and the car feels tight! The steering is so much better than the old SL or the CL and so are the seats.
I am finding myself looking for any opportunity to accelerate.
I have driven virtually all Mercedes models including the old SL600, but there is just no comparison in pickup and pure driving fun.
Unfortunately, it just arrived in time for winter which takes some of the fun out

When I looked at the Mercedes website I was totally puzzled; the CL55 comes the new AMG Style IV twin spoke (great wheels), but the CL sport package comes with AMG wheels that look like the old AMG ML55 wheels and are less wide in the rear than last year. Now they are having 9" vs 9.5" and 265 vs. 275 rears. What's up with that?

my head is about to explode. everyone is paying sticker and i'm paying $30,000 for a premium and I've been on a waiting list for two years. I hate to cancel, but I think I can get a better deal somewhere else. hellpppp.
