20'' Brabus monoblock S for my sl55 Amg??
hello Guys
ı just found a hardly used Brabus 20'' monoblock S with tires for 1200$
do you think they would look nice?
whould ı have any height problem?
do ı need to adjust the height accordingly?
your thoughts are important to me
what ı have at the moment is 18''

If these Brabus wheels are made for the SL (right offset, right width) then they should fit without any modifications.
When the wheels are on though, you might needt to have the car lowered for optical harmony. The bigger the wheel, the thinner the rubber, the more it looks like an SUV if it is a bit too high.

Just be sure they are real....
as there are a bunch of the copies out there. Actually, the quality of the copies is not bad, I had a customer with a set. You just don't want to pay 1200 bucks for a set of used copy wheels, they're everywhere at aggressive prices.
One good way to tell--the copies usually do not have as aggressive offsets on the rear, and are sometimes not as wide back there. Also, the real Brabus wheel will have a stamp in it that says "Brabus" on the area in between the spokes.

i ve been told that it does have that stamp
the first asking price was 2k$ but because he needs the cash now he said he want s 1.5k now but i know i will get it for 1.2k
but as you guys told me i need to find out the offset and width
i am not sure that it may fit my sl because it came out of cls350
all 4 wheels might have the sama offset and width
i ll find out today and let you know

It will fit your car like new shoes I am sure but think twice while you are preparing yourself for 20" rims. I do have 19" rims ,AMG style IV, even with 265/30 MPS2 tires back and 225/30 tires front my ride is pretty harsh. I suggest you to not go over 19" rims for ride quality. If the rims are original it is a bargain cause once I asked F&B for those MOnoblock S 19" rims they wanted 1600 Euros for just one of them. Your car is nearly 2 tons so if you are driving in Istanbul with pots everywhere I say no to 20" rims!!

2014 SL550
I have had several sets of 20's on Mercedes. The last set on my SL I bent in a minor pothole, all 4 of them and flattened one of them. Ruined a date. Even if you are carefull you will bend them. Also have someone look at them to see if they are straight and true. 3 of the 19" wheels on my SL65 have been bent. I had them fixed.

The price will soon fade into a daily spanking. Any and all road imperfections will be magnified by 10. Even 19s require work.

it was silver with 52 plate
the car was a Uk car
i had it when i was lining in the UK
i kept it about 7-8 months
i put nearly 4k miles on it i even put it in a lorry and sent it to Turkey and i drove it in Istanbul for a month in summer than because i decided to move back to Turkey i sold it.
