No, 19" MB OE wheels from...
07/08 SL55, and 06/7 CLS5. Mercedes did not and does not make a 20" wheel for the R230.

They could be 20's....
but if they are, they are not AMG. Aftermarket. Which is fine, long as they are good quality.
