By the way Marco nailed 188 today in his own car.
As for a cage, I will never put a cage in car like that. Too keep a long story short, the car will be teched for 190+ in October. Its already handled.
I also want to mention that I PERSONALLY approached in the last year All the big tuners (hennessy, heffner, renntech, Ugr, etc...) and non wanted the project. Vrp said yes but that ended up mostly a failure and finally Marcin (SpeedDriven). Marcin is one of those rare humble geniuses that's also sincere and honest. I have used tuners for years and never before gave them a compliment because they did what is expected. ...nothing special. ...but SPEEDDRIVEN is in a class of their own.

Congrats on your 800whp build and hitting a stunning 198mph! Very impressive and job well done!!

Yeah, I also approached the big tuners for my project and ended up with the same result, no one wanted to touch it. VRP was a failure for me as well. I'm currently going back to the drawing board, but hopefully I'll get there one day.

@ 198 mph he's definitely in the 1000 rwhp zone (on any DynoJet that is)

Congratz to ALL involved, Marcin you are the 1st to break the 1000 rwhp curse on MBW to imagine ALL this on a NON AMG product

Puh... Glad to hear that!
That's a pretty uncommon way of testing here in Sweden.
Not saying it's bad or anything.
Quite the opposite, I reckon!

But when is this Monster-SL going to the quarter mile track..?
That sure will be a nail biter...

Fantastic! That is the way you do it lol. Also congrads Marco on your speed achieved as well.

Yes Marcin is a great person and the knowledge he has is outstanding. I have had project that have failed do to poor workmanship. You all now what I mean just being politically correct lol. I should have my baby by the end of the month. Will give details when she done. Oh I will be at the Texas Mile in October as well!!!!!!

DYNO CHART

This dyno chart does not reflect currect settings which are more aggressive. The dyno was a Dyno-Dynamics and I think (not confirmed) this one reads 40-80+ rwhp lower than a dynojet. Again, you are welcome to plug in your own conversion. The AFR was I believe in the high 10s and boost was at just under 21.

Very, very impressive T mile time, HP and dyno numbers. I saw the 189 mph run .. Car was very smooth and quiet.. Lot of power on stock bottom end and impressive it can handle it for severla runs.. Very nice!

I noticed when you started the car up and while idling a huge amount of white smoke was bellowing from the pipes.. YOu could see white smoke coming out the pipes all the way down the mile too.. At first I thought you had a turbo seal leak but then saw that you had custom brand new turbos, so thought maybe not.. Is your engine ok?

White smoke? That's coolant. Blue smoke is oil

Smoke was from crankcase venting issues during the first run @189.8. Additionally the car was still on the cold side, especially with the reworked T-stat, that I set up for Georgia driving. Most of the smoke was resolved by the 2nd run.

My 4 camera in car system was not working but we did have a back up flip video. I'll download soon and post the link.

There are 2 Standing Mile runs in Miami in April and I probably will go to one of them. They have essentially no rules.

Below is the 193 run confirmed by GPS. Thats the run that I was warned about and my speed slip was withheld and was not announced.

I dont have anything to show for the 198 run other than Marco and Marcin as witnesses.

Absolutely bonkers. Bravo, sir.

Would love to see a 1/4 mile time for that car.

Thx for not blowing my motor Marko
Miami has two (2) standing mile events coming up, April 10th and April 25th. There is also a private event mid April that I was invited to. Miami sure sounds fun (lived there when I was single). I have a PCA DE event that weekend but I may skip it to go to Miami. April 10th is too close and the mid April is a question mark, since that's when I'm suppose to go pick up my EVO Gt700....not sure yet. My car is having a 5 point harness installed for the next Texas (I should be able to get the Integrated roll cage to be approved by them) so we DONT get kicked out of town at high noon

More infos on the intake ? I spent three minutes watching the engine pic trying to figure where it was .

Soulsearcher, now that the project is finished, May I ask You to start a "My custom turbos project" thread and explaining all the mods you did ?? I have many questions.
