Mine is here...a Question?
Got the call on Friday that the car (SL55-all options-Black/Charcoal) finally arrived at the dealer. Somewhat surprising since it just arrived at the VPC on Tuesday. Will pick it up tomorrow...obviously very exciting time.
Do any of you have any advice as to anything I should ask /get from the dealer or particular thing to check for tomorrow?
Thank you all for your advice and support over the last 1 1/2 years as I have waited for this day...I will obviously get little sleep tonite.

Yes, that rumbling noise you'll be hearing won't be the bass on the stereo. And when you notice everyone pointing at you, it won't be because you look funny (or maybe you do). And keep one eye on the rearview mirror watching out for the cops and one on the speedo, cause your SL55 goes very very fast. And don't be surprised that you'll only be getting about 12-13 mpg in the beginning; less if you have a heavy foot.
