Value of 20" AMG Style wheels w/ tires? - Urgent question
Hello all - had an urgent question for you. The detailer has damageda wheel on my SL, and we are trying to work out the best solution for either replacement, swapping wheels, or other options.
What is the value of a used set of AMG style 20" Chrome wheels for the SL with new front tires/70% rear tires (incase I let him keep the set and swap)?
Who typically makes the AMG style wheels (for finding a replacement)?
Any advice here? Looks like car will be down 5sx days at min to find a replacement vs swapping wheels (though I am worried I will be losing value this way).

I assume they are knock offs, as I don't believe the AMG wheels were ever offered in 20" sizes in general. I do not have widths, brands, etc. Since I do not have car yet but must decide what to do about the bent/chunked wheel mishap asap.

OK we've established they are reps - what are they worth?
That is the question I am asking since there is now a damaged wheel and I have to settle up the cost with the detailer who damaged the wheel.

Here are pics of the rims that were damaged:
I do not have the car in my possession yet - so I am trying to figure out what to do about the broken wheel prior to transport.
I may have the option to swap these for other wheels vs replacement, which is why I need an accurate range of value for a rim/the set.
None are listed on ebay (at least none under search terms - SL AMG 20 wheels)

Better keep this in mind....
as those wheels are quickly going away. Since the design is no longer current in the product lineup, the Chinese are not kicking them out in the same volume that they were. I tried to find one for a customer recently and could not find ONE rear wheel, anywhere, in 20".
I just wouldn't count on being able to find it to fix your problem. You might, but you need a backup plan.
