I am considering selling my SL 65. Is there anything else I should include or change in the ad. Is the price reasonably?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Only thing I might add is mileage on the tires, as you might have added new ones at that mileage and any other recent repairs, i.e. new V-Belt, rotors, brake pads, struts, new coil packs, etc...
I have 45K on mine, basically the same story, and car, other than new tires and new brakes pads/front rotors.
I am running an ad in Star Magazine for $ 55K next month, so yours looks a little more attractive, with less miles and extra wheels, not seeing a photo......
I'll take 50K if I can secure that......was offered $48K on a new Lexus ISF, that I don't want and $41 straight cash at local pre-owned dealer.......trade in at a MB dealer was $ 44K on a new CLS.....

You might consider also listing your car in Autotrader. It has the broadest readership.
I also have an '05 which I bought used. It took me several months to find the right car and negotiate the right price. I was surprised at how much the prices varied from one seller to another and how much I could negotiate downwards once we started talking serious.
Your car would have been on my list as it has a warranty which was must-have for me.
Good-luck with your sale.

Just sold my wife's BMW 324ic to them and we actually got a great price on it.

+1 for Autotrader.
I decided to test the market and put mine on last Sunday, got one call. Sold it to a local cash buyer today. Mine was an 05 SL 600, the 65 is worth $5 - $10K more depending on condition and mileage. Tough to let it go, but it was candidly time....it was running absolutely perfectly but new tires were coming.....soon, I occasionally smelled hydraulic fluid at stop lights, and decided it was as good a time as ever to move on. It sold so quickly, have not really had time to ponder what to get next.....we'll see.
