I don't understand the TV's in the headrests though.....since no one can sit or fit in the back seats.

That's because they're not TV's. That opening is where the air enters the fans for the Airscarf.

Very interesting.
I didn't notice openings like that when I saw the car at the dealership. Plus, I'm looking at the brochure they gave me right now. I don't see openings like that in the pictures. I'll take your word for it though....until I learn otherwise.

Do a search and you'll noticed that in 2009 the headrest in the SL was revised to include the airscarf.
