SL55/63/65/R230 AMG: Where to buy the correct NEWER style Mirror Covers for SL55?

Hey everyone, I have a quick question. I've upgraded my side view mirrors to the new arrow style mirrors, I connected everything like it should be, and the LED's are working normally with the exception of once the car is off, and locked the LED lights continue to blink, not sure for how long, but I did noticed that I started my car and moved it this morning, and when I got back home tonight around 10pm the lights are still blinking. Has anyone had any issues like this with their new style mirrors?

I went to a few MB mechanics, no solution, they tried diagnostics, resonators.... . The only problem could be, that its older models, mine is 2004. Have this covers for 2.5 weeks buts going to return them, the quality of CF so-so
