The supercharger pulley is a great and powerful upgrade without having to touch the crankshaft pulley.

Our tune is matched to it to produce great power and torque. It will sharpen up the throttle response and also delete the top speed limiter. Our main goal is retaining smooth and daily drive-ability without compromise to the car's reliability.

Why would I want to do the Supercharger Pulley, vs the Camshaft Pulley? Cost not an issue. Which yields more reliable horsepower and safety ?

I think you mean the crankshaft pulley vs the SC pulley.

I will let the experts go into detail about stuff like larger rotational mass on the bigger crank pulley vs lower mass of the SC pulley since I know very little about it. The crank pulley has had some serious issues with staying on the end of the shaft. If it comes off, it almost always damages the shaft.

I can tell you if I did not have a Renntech 178 pulley installed and torqued properly by an MB dealer's shop that I know and trust, I would go for the SC pulley any day.

EXACTLY correct. To be honest though, a lot of failures of the crankshaft pulleys are caused by improper installation.

I am very happy with the results I have been having with the supercharger pulleys. They are MUCH easier to install than the crankshaft pulley, a lot cheaper, and provide good solid power. Also, the stock bearings in the factory supercharger will fail, its just a matter of time. Doing the supercharger pulley upgrade addresses this issue as well.
