2013 Nav Disc for 2005 SL55?
My dealer tells me that they do not exist? Does anyone know how to upgrade the Nav disc on a 2005 SL55?
Is navigation.com's Mercedes-Benz Harman Becker COMAND - North America Map DVD v.10 - the latest disc for $249?

@mertd93 For some reason the parts guy at my dealer says that he can't find one and that there's no updated disc! I don't have a GPS accuracy issue. I have an old map data issue.
If you can take a picture or have the part number for the 2013 V.12, that would be wonderful!

When I bought the 2013 it wasn't much more different than the 2010.
Now from the 2004 to 2010 disc that I had it was a huge difference. So yeah that 05 disc you have is really garbage.

It's really annoying how difficult it is to just find the part number for these items. I've even tried searching on eBay. I see 2013 discs, but only for SLKs, etc. - Nothing for the R230 SLs.

So does anyone have the part number for the 2013 Nav Disc for the SL? If you have the 2013 Nav Disc, would you mind looking at the disc for me? The part number should be printed on the disc.

The latest disc is v12.0, 2013. Unfortunately it does not show up in the SL, or S compatibility list. I got mine from NAVTEQ by ordering the disc listed for the 2007 E class. I bought three, one for our E, one for the SL and one for the S. They all work perfect as these cars shared the same disc in the earlier editions. Who knows why Mercedes neglected to list the v12.0 for all the models, maybe they want us all to buy newer cars from them!

The problem I have with my '05 SL is that with the current disc I am unable to enter an actual street address as a destination, being limited to block areas only, ie when I do the entry I never get the soft key for entering the actual street address number. Will this new Navteq V.10 disc correct that? Hate to spend $250 and end up where I am now.

I have tried to locate the DVD on ebay, but so far have not seen this particular disc listed.
Still am left wondering if this V.10 disc will make any difference in loading street addresses as I was told several months ago that the release dated in '08 would work so I purchased one and installed it in the nav unit and it made zero difference, street address still would not load.

Interesting, since I'm looking to purchase one as well. v.10 is listed on navteq's website for the SL class, v.13 2014 is listed for the E-class. I thought only the 09+ SL R230 had the NTG Comand?
