Some advice on brakes

I have a slight vibration on heavy braking, so it's new discs, then I saw
how much they were £1500 a set
This is ridiculous so I thought I will have a look around for rotors to fit my SL65 with a sensible price. Has anyone used anything other than MB discs
and how did you find them. Hope you can help.

Cheapest I have found is around 1600 per set USD. Time to pay the piper.

RacingBrake offers light weight two piece rotors for your SL65 AMG,
they are more than the 1,500 set you might be looking at but we offer replacement rings for future rotor replacements. Saving you a fraction of the complete two piece rotor cost. Not to mention, increased braking performance by going with us.

It would seem that the only rotors for a SL65 are MB ones.
Why on earth do they cost

£1500

just for 2 metal discs.
