Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to share my joy in purchasing a 2006 SL55. What a car it is !! Love everything about this beast.

I have plans for it so watch this space as mods are about to start very soon.

This is a great forum to join as it has so much info about all aspects of the vehicle.

Your car has Post 2007 18 inches mutlispoke wheels wich are different from the Pre-2007 rims

Those wheels are rare on this forum because they weren't available in USA.

2007 SL55 US-Spec comes standart with 5 spokes 19 inches rims.

Up on the Wirral.best upgrade right now is to change your abc fluid if not already done.you will see a lot of stuff on this subject!!!

Thanks for the advice. Car was just serviced by Mercedes Benz Chelsea so hopefully everything has been checked and rectified. Will read up on what you advised.

You might want to ask the dealer if they changed the ABC fluid, many don't.

Also check the tranny fluid, 30-40k regularly. I Prefer 30k
