Oh no, on the way home secondary pump replaced I was happy, then it
started to miss fire again. So if it is coil packs has anyone tried pattern
parts, there half the price of the Merc ones.
Would YOU use them.

as long as they are made by BWD or Temic you are fine.
You are aware that you can disable secondary air injection system via DAS. You should have done this before replacing the pump to see if the problem was solved.

You would think that Mercedes would have done this first, I think thereOriginally Posted by shardul

just interested in money, the guy was sheepish and said you can leave it
hear for another few days in case the coil packs are gone.
Can you tell me where I can get the ones you mention.
Thanks for your help.

You can get them online for around 700$ each and I told you before you changed the sec pump that it can be turned off via star, that pump does nothing except for emissions.

OP has a v12
Thanks guys, the trouble is I don't understand when you suggest things
like turning off the pump. So now I pay.
Any one heard of Airtex or Standard motor products, I can buy both for
£1100 inc delivery. £2646 from my local MB.

Completely different coil packs. The V12 has a unitized set of coil packs on each side of the engine. They are not like your CLK coil packs.Originally Posted by sick430
