Middle Jack point
Does anyone know where I can jack the car up in the middle of the car for a 2003 SL55? If possible?

I know the 4 points with rubber round things but wondering if it can be done right in the middle.

Then, if you are doing repairs yourself, How do you jack up the car and replacing it with a jack stand on any of the four rubber points?

You put the jack stands under the rubber jack points, taking care to avoid side load on the stands. Side load can be caused by the sideways motion of the trolley jack.

I have Sears branded unit I bought new off a guy in NJ from Craigslist. Best jack ever. Great for MB and F250 where your best jacking point is also best jack stand place as well.

you have to look for a frame section or a point where suspension connects to frame. theres not many places to see with all the covers but you can find spots. you cant put it on a spot that is suspension because it will move up when you put weight on it
