Wondering. since so many dealers are just reselling cars and have to rely on carfax (sad but true)
What is the best way, if you don't have a window sticker or a MB build sheet to tell if a car has the performance package?
Seems like in the 231 the engine cover was cf on cars with pp. Any such tell on the facelift cars?

Porsche guy who drives SL63 w/ perf pkg AND perf suspension
yes, you need to do alot of research on a car before you ever consider buying it. the option is first, then carfax then vin, then dealer and get complete mb service history.
Perf pkg, was option for 03-08 and it had front bumper from SL65 , and different wheels and other features. then forr 231; PP was option for 13,14. then 15 was not a option, but some features were omitted and hp went up to 577

you cant get a window sticker. Go to a dealer and get the original build sheet info, msrp. from atlanta

I thought there was an aftermarket window sticker. I know I had one for a Porsche or Aston. I will go through my records and if I find anything will post
