Picking Up My SLK280 Today!!!
I'm SOOO EXCITED!!!
Have been on this site for about 1 1/2 years, envying
everyone elses cars. Well by tonite {picking it up this evening}
I'll have one of my own!
Was browsing at Prestige Motors here in Paramus, NJ and
for kicks, just thought I'd inquire about the SLK280 and its
money factor, thinking it had increased. Well the money
factor has FALLEN to .00165!! I could NOT resist.
Color is Obisidian Black.
I've got the
-Comfort Package
-Heating Package
-7 Speed Auto trans
This was the MOST HASSLE FREE Buying experience EVER!!
I hope my ownership experience is similiar to the buying experience.

was that money factor from the new "april program" or is it marchs offer? im looking to lease an slk but the sales person said to hold out until april since the money factor might drop or stay the same as marchs promotion

Its the April Program
April fool's !! Right? No way the money factor dropped to 0.00165 and is available the 1st day of the new month.
I couldn't believe it myself, and was ready to walk out if anything went amiss during the course of the transaction. But I've got a signed contract and a new car in my garage, suffice to say, everything checked out.
.00165 is the April program.

I got screwed !!! I picked mine up on March 24 with MF of 0.00240 and residual 60%, I never tought MB would drop MF to that level. I feel very bad because that means I am payiong over $100/month more.

The 39 month lease had a higher money factor. {Didn't ask what the 39 month
money factor was, since the 27 month is perfect for me}
You shouldn't feel bad because there are a LOT of people paying a .0031 money factor. Buying a car is pretty much like buying a computer in that a great deal today is obsolete tomorrow. But you still need both nonetheless.
