Too bad we didn't get a shot of the tobacco brown from the side looking in toward the dash...love the color!

Anyone headed to the Mercedes Museum?

I see MBJIM is headed over to pick up a CDI E on European Delivery this month. Since those photos of the new SLK in Launch Edition Trim (Tobacco Brown Interior and off color Pewter) were of the sample SLK on display in the Mercedes Museum just outside of Stuttgart, perhaps MBJIM can take some additional shots including one of the dash for us???

Fooled me. Until I saw that overhead shot taken by Hendricks at the Mercedes Museum just outside Stuttgart I had thought that was the U.S. Launch edition of the SLK350. Instead it is a 200 - but the specs other than engine size seem to match what we have heard the US launch edition will look like.
