The correct and authentic front lip for an R171 SLK55 carries an unpainted price of $750.00 USD. These are in stock and available from Carlsson America. The price on E-Bay is likely for an SLK Front SKIRT which is Carlsson's erodynamic solution for the Non-AMG aero vehicles.

Body Kit painted
When you say "entire" body kit, I would like to be clear. For the SLK55, Carlsson offers only the Front lip and the rear trunk spoiler. THe costs for unpainted parts are 750 and 638 respectively. Painting BOTH parts would be $375. So an entire kit would cost a total of $1,763.00 USD plus freight.
