New Member Want to Introduce my Self!
Hello Guys My name is Mohamed, i am from Kuwait and i am waiting for our designo Mocha/ black,red amg two tone, Designo Anthratice Cinnamora Curly maple wood trim SLK55 AMG to Arrive
We orderd it since 17/11/05 and its Expected to Arrive 15/4/06 est and i am sure it will arrive later, because dealerships tend to give you random dates.
I am really interested to join this active board and i wish i could share and learn information about the SLK R171, I am also a forum member at Benzworld!
Some users over here are Familiar!

Sounds like you're getting a dream car, congratulations.
But you have me a bit confused about the wood. I thought curly maple was one kind of wood and cinnamora another. My CLK 55 AMG has the natural curly maple. It's paint color is a dark green called desingo alanite green metallic. I think you can find on the web some posts from a guy in Switzerland who bought a SLK 32 AMG a few years ago with the same color green as me, but with the cinnamora wood. That wood is a little redder and, naturally, less "curly" than mine

To make things even more confusing, MB now sells for the CL cars a designo wood called curly maple red. Natural curly seems to have disapeared from the catalog. Can anyone confirm that ?
