I'm selling my White 2005 SLK55

Its got 15,000 on the clock and I'm ask 44,000 for it. Its killing me but I just bought a cottage and a Vrod and I need a boat for the cottage. I live in Michigan. The car is a garage queen and has never seen snow or rain.

Why post here? Most people here already have an SLK55. You're better off posting it on ebay or autotrader

That's your opinion. Theses cars are not worth 75,000 new either but they sell. That is the book value and by the way, its near not nearly

Just thought I would give it a try. Some folks on here just like the car and don't own one. Its is a very cool car.

Nothing wrong with posting, get the word out. Many know someone looking for a particular model car. You did your homework, $44,000 is a starting place. Great market for buyers, tons of low price used SLKs for sell. Good luck.

They're currently selling for $10K off sticker:

enough

the guy is just trying to sell his car. I think there has been plenty of feedback saying his pricing might be high.

Seriously enough is enough let the guy try and sell his car.

Just want to wish you the best of luck selling your car. I just purchased one. It was similar to your car with all the options. The guy wanted $48000.00 initially and would not budge. I nearly gave up after 6 months, but after six months with lots of hits, he finally sold it to me for $37,000. It was a very good deal. The guy was paying close to $1000.00 a month and did not want to keep holding on to the car and losing money. Right now, the market has not been very good. I've been seeing on auto trader advertising for months and months but I only seen 1 car that was sold or taken off the ad. Therefore, I hope you the best.

Yes good luck with the sale...I think your in the ball park with your price...

I paid $47k for mine a year and half ago with just over 10k miles on it. The color is Orion Blue which is pretty rare(heck don't even think can get that color on SLK55 anymore), with scarf, xenon and some other options (no nav though).

I sold her today for $42,000. I'm sure they will enjoy the car. For those who are selling your car! Stick to your price and the car will sell.

Heck, I just bought mine for $42 at auction with 11K. Congrats on the sale. NADA is a bit off on the actual SLK55 values.

Congratulations on the sale. Summer is always a good time to sell a convertible!
