Hope to have my car lowered this week. My question is, shall i do wheel allignment at the same day or wait about week to let the car settle before do a wheel allighment.

Would really appreciate your input.

Thanks

I didn't wait and I noticed a very slight uneveness in tire wear. The springs will probably settle a bit more after 1 weeks time, but I wouldn't wait any longer than 7 days.

I took it to a place in Daly City, they've my other cars. They do good job. It doesn't really look that much lowered from this pix. I might change the pad to the lowest setting, but, i'll wait after week and decide from there.

Here is mine on Brabus springs that are about 1 year old. Also have a full tank of fuel. I think yours will settle down a bit more.

Looks good RC. After it settles, you may want to drop the rear a little more. Do you know what size pad you have on it right now?

Thanks Dan, Pad size is #3. Just curious, does your car rub whenever you go through uneven road on the freeway....????

Very rare. It only happens at higher speeds and if traveling undulations.

BTW, IIRC the difference between 3 and 1 pads is 8mm.

About the rubbing... I also have Brabus and 19" (DPE) with 265 rear and 235 front. Pad 1 on rear. Rubbing only front at highway speeds and "long bumps". Did any of you have that? Did you have to change camber to improve that?

Same exact thing... except I think I rub on the rear. Have Michelin PS2 so that may be the problem. I've been hesistant in making any camber adjustments out of concern I would then rub against the fender. I do know that someone on this forum sells camber kits. Maybe you should look into it.
