Eurocharged Performance SLK55 headers. On sale now!
Sale price: $600+shipping
Our high flow exhaust headers greatly reduce exhaust gas back pressure allowing the engine to breathe freely and produce more power, and supercharged as well as naturally aspirated engines will benefit from the use of these headers.
A naturally aspirated V8 will typically gain 7 to 10 percent in horse- power and torque, while a supercharged engine will gain as much as 15 percent in horsepower and torque.
The kit includes tig welded stainless steel headers, OEM gaskets and OEM bolts.
Headers can be ceramic coated or thermal wrapped for an additional charge. Please contact Eurocharged Performance for pricing and lead time.
No, it would not be counter productive. You are still removing an exhaust restriction. you will still have airflow improvements with the factory exhaust.
Sale is still active and thank you guys for the orders!

What would be the power gain over stock with these headers alone and with the headers and your ECU tune
The Best of Mercedes & AMG
You would see 35-40hp gains with the tune and headers.
edit: actually... looking at this diagram, do these headers just replace #s 1&2 to bolt up to the factory cats?

Got mine last week and they are getting installed right now.
Will let you know how they perform soon
Thank you!
I got this SLK 55 in Dec, ran it for a few weeks stock and then got the Magnaflow X Pipe installed in place of the resonator with a ECU tune again from Eurocharged
The car felt more responsive with the tune and the mileage improved as well. The car with resonator replaced with the X Pipe sounded really nice, sound went up and you could hear the burble of a V8 very distinctly.
Now with the Headers installed I was expecting it to get louder but the opposite happened. The headers have somehow mellowed out the sound and taken the edge off the sound making it far more refined and pleasant to hear.
Performance wise there is definitely a better response and added pickup, am waiting to get the final ECU tune and then will do some sound clips and post performance results.
