first SLK55 AMG in USA pics
i went to the opening of the AMG Private Lounge at Ray Catena MB and they unveiled the new SLK55. its the only one in the USA right now and just the other night it was at MB of Manhattan.

'06 ML500 w/Apperance pkg & '07 SL550 w/AMG pkg
Very cool looking car and definately Euro Specs! Notice the Parktronic, no side marker lights and the elongated lic. plate opening in the rear!

2005 MB SLK 55 AMG
us spec car?
did the car have the silly orange side-reflectors ? If not, it was a German car, the US car has these things 'glued' on to comply with US road rules; they are applied at production.

i was at the one in manhattan and the guy did say that it was sent from germany to the usa just for this show. did they let u go in the car? they let us and its def. bigger, there was a guy there that said his wife has the older one and he was too big for it, but when he sat in this one he was impressed and said that he is going to get this new one b/c he can too fit inside.

the car would look so agressive with the 19" SL65 rims. OMG
