2004 SL55 AMG
The front end with the contrasts in white and black really shows some odd proportions. Very busy with peculiar character lines clashing all over the place making the front bumper look decidedly after-market.
The SLK55 would look much better in a darker color like black even though it's a small convertible. Still, it's a stylish,daring leap for Mercedes over the SLK's predecessor overall, especially the interior. I truly hope they don't add the F-1 nose to the next SL facelift.

ive been waiting to see it in white coz thats the color i ordered.
im trying to see if i can get the dealer to change the stockers for the rims used on the slk55 safety car.
are those the same as the ones used on the sl55?

thanks hehe. i prolly wont tint it but i will add the kleeman supercharger kit hehe.
i thought the newer sl55 came with the same rims as the sl/cl65 but just not tinted grey.
well the ones i want are the ones used on the safety car ehhe

SLK 55 AMG I really think white is the best looking color on AMG cars ever, maybe that's me, but nice car. Just wondering the interior is it red or black? coz it looks like red, but just wanted to make sure

actually all AMG cars were white , (amg history) but couldnt enter the race (vehicle weight regulations) cause of the weight i think 1 kg, so they scrubbed the white paint until it become silver metal(body color), then they were able to enter the races ,, silver became the official color of AMG , my friend told me this , whether its true or not iam not sure,,,, so dont call me a bull****ter

it depends on what stage u want to go to.
stage 1 is the supercharger only, stage 2 adds an ecu, stage 3 adds headers and stage 4 adds cams

White is my favorite color on a car and I think it looks best in white for 2 reasosons. 1) AMG's have more detail than a base model so when you have a white car you can see all the detail such as the body kit. If the color was darker then you wont see as much detail. 2) White is flashy specially at night when it stands out and darker colors just blend with the night.
