UK delivery times

UK delivery times
Does anyone from the UK have any confirmed delivery dates. My dealer in Liverpool says I am number 3 with them and number 195 in the UK.
However they can not even guess when I may get the car, I am not expecting it until late 2005, however if it goes into 2006 I will start to look at alternatives.
Anyone have any more details?

I am No. 9 in the UK for an SLK55 AMG and No. 1 at my dealer (and group). My SLK55 AMG is being built the second week of December and delivered to the UK second week of January '05.

I think I'm No3ish at my dealer, but haven't spoken them for a while. I'm expecting March-April production.
I'm not in a desparate rush to get one before the 05 reg kicks in so this suits me (a 55 reg would be even better, but I can't wait that long!)
There don't seem to be many real buyers on here - I thought there'd be more (i.e. more than the fairly large no. of SL55 buyers who populate the boards)

I am no 5 in the UK and the car is arriving at the dealership on the 14th december this year.
I am trading in my 3500 mile on the clock fully specced SLK350 and have been offered 40k from the MB dealer, so any better offers would be appreciated!.
