I've never seen one in person before. Not that I can recall consciously. 
I want to go to the auto show here. We're expecting an MC12 and maybe the new Vanquish S, but the SLR is not likely.

I live in Chicago, I've seen 3 of them "up close". Including Michael Jordan's, pretty beat up paint, but I was wondering if the McLarens are convertibles. I think they aren't, and are they going to ever make one? Nice car/engine/trans. but it seems its practicality would greatly improve if it were a convertible.
Oh and red interiors are nuts on these, and really odd and on the CLS(Makes the wood almost unnoticeable).

I saw one this morning at Blue Wave Car wash on Santa Monica Bvd

Not a convertible. That would add too much weight to the already heavy body, but it does sound like a good idea.Originally Posted by smb7420
