Your right. Something doesn't look right... I just noticed that the command system is strait out from the S-Class and the CL-Class before the facelift. Also, the fit and finish of it doesn't seem right. It might be the picture, and I might be mistaken about this, but something doesn't seem right.

ok it IS a replica... a handbuilt replica made by one man - a polish merc-fanatic.... it's quite hard to believe that one man could make something like this but he did... it is built on 500 SEC base....

WOW! That's pretty amazing! Even though it's not real, having built that all by himself is pretty impressive. I can notice that he tired to pay much attention to detail.

what engine is that under the hood? Looks like the latest MB V12, but it is too triangle-ish.
The attention to the detail is definitely amazing. The guy must have had some resources and connections to have secured that sheet metal.

the engine is from 140 500SEC.... but it is hidden under the plastic from S400 CDI... the cost of making this car was about 75k $ but i think it was worth it... finally he has got one of the first SLRs in the world today

I love the licence plate. KO SLR 01. I imagine that if it was a real SLR the license plate would be blurred but nonetheles it would be really dificult not to get noticed with this car. I bet he never leaves it unattended.
Is KO for Koszalin?
I am originally from Szczecin. Pretty close by.

I can't imagine how one person could've performed such a feat! I wonder what Mercedes Mclaren thinks of this car before their car
