Just sold for $157,775 plus buyer fee of $5,000 for a grand total of $162,775. I was obviously expecting more, but there seems to be a glut of these coupes on the market (over 60 on autotrader). I did have a lot of calls of buyers wanting to buy if not sold on BAT, so maybe BAT was not the right venue. Most auction houses take 10% of sale price from seller plus listing fee so even it sold for 180,000 I would net $162,000 that way.

I also thought the car should pull more, but BAT has had some very. very low numbers IMO. It's a very "cheap buyer" specific website.

Exactly! That why when this car hits the 10 year mark in 2021 it will start to jump WAY up! (I'm speaking of US Market) There will be only around 2,000 examples.... if that... in the US! (because of wrecks and cars already exported) .. Those in the know.... Know!

I sold my gated Ferrari 360 on BaT recently and got good money for it. I had a lot of emails and calls from people interested in buying if the auction didn't go through. My opinion, 99% of them were tire kickers/dreamers. If they were real, they'd friggin' bid on the car! I even had a few grouse to me afterwards that they didn't know about the BaT buyer fee and that was what held them back from bidding. Ok, buddy, get your big boy pants on.
