its jsut mainly depends on the tech that is gonna work on your car he said he has seen some e55 with alot of mods that the warranty wont caver but yet they never pay...
if not i know there is a guy that works on BENZ,BMW ect. on spring mt. before valley view...
if not try WOLF DMS he is some were in north town... but not sure if he works on benz..
None of those things would be adversly effected(sp) by your stated aftermarket parts. No dealer can refuse/void your warrentied parts if you have aftermarked parts on the car.............unless they can directly show that those parts caused the failure of what you want fixed. Hopefully I worded that in a understandable way(sometimes I don't type things the way I'm thinking).
Do you ever go to the drag strip?
To add to your statement about the aftermarket parts affecting the issue, I am concerned the Powerchip may be off a bit causing the shifting issues. Is this not the case?
I tried the "cheat code" reset found here on the forums for the shifting, but it didn't change the issue. My Service C is due in 450 miles so I need to make the appointment in the next 1-2 weeks. "Mr. J", who is your contact at Fletcher? I am the local Guinness, Red Stripe, Smithwicks, Harp, and Smirnoff Ice representative. I'm sure we could arrange something...
