LF: AMG suspension for E-Class
Hi

Looking for a used set low-miles that would fit a 2005-2006 E320 CDI. Great for anybody wanting to upgrade and sell their OEM stuff

FYI, the AMG suspension is airmatic and is not compatible with your CDI. You best bet would be the sport package springs and a set of Bilstein HD shocks.

That would be way too hard. I had the same set-up on my Jetta and I would not do it again

By hard I guess you mean harsh?

The install of an airmatic system in your vehicle is just insane. Trust me, it's WAY too complex.

I don't want an airmatic, I just want a slightly firmer ride than stock. Bilstein may be a good choice in the German shock company. Most sport springs are way too hard causing premature tire and bushing wear and are not a comforable ride.

ALL W211 AMG's use airmatic. You stated you wanted AMG suspension for your W211 which means you want airmatic.

I'm sure an Eibach setup in your car ( if even available ) would be just slightly firmer and barely harsher.

Go for the sports package suspension (OEM).

There are about 3-4 different spring types that Mercedes makes for the W211 depending on the weight of the car. If you look in the EPC, there is really a mathematical formula to add up the weight of your options and then it tells you which springs to buy for your car.

im on h&r springs, rides firmer and the ride is overall better than stock imo
